Mandatory Covid-19 Test For All Foreign Workers

Senior Minister (Security Cluster) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said that all foreign workers must now undergo the Covid-19 test and the employer will pay for it.

He said this was a decision made after the country’s Covid-19 case rose in the past few days, most of them foreign workers.

“The cost of the test must be borne by the employer. He will say at a daily press conference on Monday (May 4):” We will start this event in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. ”
