SEREMBAN: All Covid-19 quarantine centres in Negri Sembilan have been closed, says Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun.

“On behalf of the state government, I would like to thank all health department staff and those from other departments and agencies directly or indirectly involved in helping us fight the pandemic.

“My heartfelt gratitude also goes to all individuals and organisations involved in fighting the scourge,” he said in a Facebook post on Sunday (July 12).

The quarantine centres include hotels, educational institutes and government training institutes.

Only two individuals were still receiving treatment at government health facilities.

Aminuddin however reminded all parties that the battle against the pandemic was not yet over.

“I am made to understand that we need to remain vigilant until a vaccine is found.

“So it is my hope that the all of us will continue to abide by all standard operating procedures announced by the authorities,” he said.
